Trima is reportedly the only company in the world that makes the non-patented drug, called Tesopalmed Forte Cum Yohimbine. It has been produced in Israel with imported bark of the African yohimbine tree since the 1930s. Company export manager Azgad Dor said on Monday that a company agent in Lagos, who is also a tribal chief, used the drug himself and was very pleased with his own performance in his relations with his many wives. He told his compatriots, which led to the large order.

An Israeli physician, who is an expert in treating erectile dysfunction, said the Trima drug is indeed a veteran treatment, mostly for borderline cases of ED and especially impotence resulting from psychological causes. "It is not very effective, compared to the well-known ED drugs now on the market, but it is much less expensive. It works by expanding the blood vessels throughout the body; it is thus available here only by prescription, as it can be harmful and even deadly when taken by the wrong patients, such as those with unstable blood pressure."

The ED expert advised the tribal chief to walk significant distances, as well as take the pill, as this would have the synergistic effect of improving his blood circulation and expanding his blood vessels. Tesopalmed Forte Cum Yohimbine, although prescribed, as the insert in the package says, for "male sexual insufficiency and psychological impotence," can also be helpful for other disorders in which blood vessels are constricted. The recommended dosage is "three pills daily, as needed."
